Sri Balaji Institution Induction Program
At Sri Balaji University, we believe in laying a solid foundation for the management career that lies ahead of the student manager. We start working on this basic right from Day 1 when the student enters the Campus. The 45 days long induction cycle includes the bridge-cum-skill up-gradation training provided by the Grand Master Consultancy. The training aims to put students, from various educational streams, at par with one another and bridge the gap between commerce and non-commerce students. The curriculum involves class-based training supplemented by seminars and guest lectures in which student managers can interact with eminent figures from different walks of life.
