Master of Business Administration with specializations in:
PGDM (Marketing)
Marketing has long been one of the most popular job choices among Management students. Consumer marketing, business-to-business marketing, marketing research, direct marketing, public relations, services marketing, branding, dealer sales, product management, advertising, event management, social media marketing, digital marketing, and a variety of other verticals are just a few of the career options available in this discipline. Every activity, product, and service’s marketing plan, marketing strategy, and marketing people are perhaps the keys to success. This is something that NDIM understands, which is why its PGDM Marketing Specialization is so well-known.
PGDM (Finance)
Globalization, deregulation, mergers and acquisitions, changes in tax laws, trends in start-up funding and valuations, competition from e-commerce, rapid technological innovations, rise and fall of regimes, rising public expectations, and improved living standards are all forcing every business, big or small, to constantly rethink its business strategies. Finance professionals are continuously researching innovative strategies to add greater value to their firms in the ever-changing business environment. Finance leaders must now think much beyond their traditional responsibilities of financial accounting, auditing, and regulatory reporting.
PGDM (HR)
At NDIM, the HRM speciality encompasses the complete spectrum of Human Resource Management on both a macro and micro scale. Its goal is to adequately prepare future HR executives to deal with a wide range of human resource difficulties by providing cutting-edge knowledge and skills gained via learning contemporary and futuristic Human Resource practices as well as increased sensitivity to cross-cultural issues. Organizational Behavior, Management Principles and Practices, Human Resource Management, Corporate Social Responsibility, Talent Acquisition and Development, Performance Management, Cross-Cultural Management, and Organizational Change and Development are just a few of the topics covered in depth.
PGDM (Operation & Supply Chain Management)
The Operations & Supply Chain Management specialisation at NDIM is unique in that it builds supply chain concepts from the ground up. It begins with an examination of business processes and how they connect to an organization’s broader operational objectives. It then goes on to show how these processes are linked to form supply chains, as well as how they may be managed to ensure a smooth flow of supplies, information, and cash, supporting the idea that supply chains are only as good as the processes that exist within and across each firm.
PGDM (International Business)
International Business is a common specialization that entails applying concepts to a variety of business functions across national borders. The NDIM course prepares students to analyze global market developments, understand industry global best practices, develop international business strategies, gain knowledge of tools for formulating investment decisions, identify methods of hedging market volatility risks, formulate trade strategies and execute export operations, and proactively address regulatory issues.
PGDM (Media Management)
