Summer Internship at ISB&M PGDM PROGRAM
Summer internship is a necessary part of ISB&M’s curriculum that helps students gain experience by improving their skills, understanding management issues, operational issues and the functioning of the business. The length of the summer internship program is roughly 8 to 10 weeks.
Dissertation
The dissertation is included in the context of an in-depth study in order to conceptualize and examine the different aspects of management studies.
ISB&M PGDM PROGRAM Selection Process
The ISB&M selection process is related to the careers and expectations of the recruiters. In order to meet the demands of our high-profile recruiters, who give you compensation in the range of Rs. 8.7 lakes to Rs. 21 lakes CTC, ISB&M have set the standards for intake.
Eligibility Criteria For ISB&M PGDM PROGRAM
The candidate should fulfill at least any one of the conditions below:
- Candidates of 70 + CAT scores or 60 + Percentile XAT scores.
- Candidate with academic background of 10th standard – 75%, 12th standard – 75% & graduation – 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.
- Candidates who do not appear in either of the two categories mentioned above.
Note:
- Applicants will qualify for the GD-PI rounds for Category 1 & 2.
- For Category 3, candidates will have to pass the written ability test and then the GD, the PI rounds. The Written Ability Test Round will be mandatory for all.
- The final selection weighing will be based on the overall performance of the Written Skill Test: 25 percent. 25% Academics, 40% Group Discussion and Individual Interview and 10% Working Experience.
- The merit list will be drawn up and the candidates will be intimated by email about the results.
